weird concoctions

I LOVE to cook!  I find it refreshing to make a good meal whether it be a nice hearty tasty sandwich or a mouth watering dinner.  I do have to admit *which my wife will love* that I do have a tendency to put some weird ingredients together.  Today I made a sandwich on a flour tortilla.  This sandwich had 3 pieces of ham, three slices of cracked pepper turkey, banana peppers, yellow mustard, French's fried onions, and a surplus of Mexican cheeses.  I folded this up burrito style and heated it on the stove until the tortilla was nice and crunchy and the insides were melted together waiting to be eaten.  I thought it tasted great and even though my wife thinks I'm crazy sometimes for the things I put together she does usually enjoy the food.

I also make various grilled cheeses.  Whatever I can find in the fridge goes on the sandwich.  I should become a chef.....a chef in my mind that is!  I think I can...I think I can..........I think I can.....Ya your right..........not gunna happen
